  • All entries become the property of Coromandel Seaview Motel (and any third‑party partners involved).

  • Entries are retained for up to four months after the prize draw and then securely destroyed.

  • Winners’ names and cities may be published as required by promotion terms.

Property Policies

Age Policy

Guests must be 15 years or older. The property is designed for a peaceful, relaxing stay and does not offer facilities or activities suitable for younger children.

Check‑In

  • Check‑in time: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Front desk hours: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Contactless check‑in available

  • Late check‑in available by prior arrangement

  • Guests arriving after 5:00 PM must contact the property in advance

Check‑Out

  • Check‑out time: before 10:00 AM

  • Contactless check‑out available

  • Late check‑out subject to availability and may incur a fee

Special Check‑In Instructions

Guests must contact the property prior to arrival for check‑in instructions. Staff will greet guests on arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Access

  • Staffed front desk

  • No lifts on the property

Pets

  • Pets are not permitted

  • Service animals are welcome and exempt from fees

Payment Requirements

  • Major credit cards accepted

  • Government‑issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check‑in for incidental charges

Optional Extras

  • Late check‑out fee (subject to availability)

  • Extra linen: NZD $30

  • Guest laundry: NZD $5 per load
